The food was delicious, service was excellent, you can really feel it's family run business, One side is a cosy pub and the other is a lovely restaurant, Plenty of parking available, Highly recommend.
We went for lunch as a party of five and everything was brilliant. Great service, food arrived quickly and they were very accommodating of our toddler. There were highchairs and they brought his food first so he didn't have to wait. The play area outside was also a big hit with him. The food was delicious and we would highly recommend here.
I’ve been staying at the comus inn during weekdays for the past 2 months. eating food from their restaurant and sleeping in their rooms. so, can i just say this is easily one of the best hotels i’ve stopped in so far. the staff are absolutely amazing and treat everyone like family. i can most definitely say that the chef takes great pride in his cooking because the food he produces really shows it. for the price of the food you will most definitely get your moneys worth. great portions and great taste. last but not least. the rooms are absolutely amazing. very comfy beds equating to a beautiful night sleep. each room comes with a smart flatscreen tv and a cozy en-suite. so, overall i can say that i will always recommend the Comus Inn for great night sleeps, gorgeous food and beautiful staff.
We were reading the negative reviews before we came and decided to give it a try. The food was gorgeous. I had the lamb shank, which slid off the bone and was so succulent. The other person had the equivalent of a mixed grill, one piece of the chicken was a bit tough but the rest of the meats were gorgeous. The service was fast and the waitress was so happy and enthusiastic. She even noted that the music was a bit too loud so turned it down. The menu pointed out the gluten and diary free options which were great to see.
Great place to stay, the Turkish hosts were very friendly and charming. Room was simple but had everything I needed, shower was hot and bed was comfy. Plenty of parking in the main carpark and a little parking outside the rooms. Look forward to staying again
